Refund Policy

At Malibu Dog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and unworn. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please email us at Malibudogstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to proceed.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and unworn. If the item meets these requirements, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
